Open Vero → Chat options → AI credits, or Settings → AI credits. Refresh the wallet if a purchase has not arrived. An interrupted Apple purchase stays pending for delivery until it is verified by the backend.
On the device with your finances, open Settings → Cloud sync → Start syncing this device. Privately copy its sync code. On your other device, choose Connect to another device and paste it. Finances, attached receipts, completed chats, and the credit-wallet credential are encrypted before upload. Separate profiles remain separate. Latest saved changes win; offline entries and deletions merge. Do not send your sync code to support.
Cloud sync connects devices to the same credit wallet. Previous wallets remain available under AI credits → Previous credit wallets. You can also privately recover a wallet with its recovery key. TestFlight Sandbox and production balances are separate.
Open Activity to review, edit, or delete expenses recorded through Vero. Scanned document drafts are saved only after you review and confirm.
Cloud AI is optional. Disable cloud access in Settings. Contact us for wallet deletion requests.
